PagerDuty Toolkit

The PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty via Arcade, enabling incident management, on-call visibility, and team/service introspection through natural language or agentic workflows.

Capabilities

  • Incident lifecycle: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen); reassign to a specific user without changing status.
  • Activity & audit: Stream the account-wide activity feed via log entries, capturing triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call & scheduling: List current on-call entries and schedules to identify who is responsible at any point in time.
  • Escalation policies: Fetch or enumerate escalation policies to understand routing and coverage chains.
  • Teams, users & services: List or look up teams (with members and linked resources), users (with fuzzy name/email search), and services; retrieve the authenticated user's own profile and contact/notification configuration.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with PagerDuty. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup instructions.
