  • Accounting & Chart of Accounts: Manage the chart of accounts, journal entries, opening balances, currency configurations, exchange rates, base currency adjustments, taxes (simple, compound, groups, authorities, exemptions), fixed assets (lifecycle from creation through depreciation, sale, and write-off), and custom modules.
  • Banking & Transactions: Create and manage bank accounts, import statements, categorize/match/unmatch/exclude transactions, define bank rules, log and track time entries against projects, and manage recurring bills and expenses.
  • Projects & Time Tracking: Create, clone, activate, and deactivate projects; add tasks and users; log, start, stop, and delete time entries; post comments and generate project invoices.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Zoho provider. See the Zoho auth provider docs for configuration details.

Secrets

ZOHO_SERVER_URL — The regional base URL for the Zoho Books API (e.g., https://www.zohoapis.com, https://www.zohoapis.eu, https://www.zohoapis.in). Zoho hosts its API on different domains depending on the data center region your organization is registered in. To find your correct URL, check the Zoho Books API region documentation and match it to the data center where your Zoho account was created (US, EU, IN, AU, JP, CA, or CN). No special permissions or dashboard actions are required — the URL is determined solely by your account's region.

For details on configuring secrets in Arcade, see the Arcade secrets guide. You can manage secret values at https://api.arcade.dev/dashboard/auth/secrets.
