Microsoft Users Toolkit
Provides LLM tools for querying Microsoft Graph user profiles and organizational hierarchy. Enables agents to look up user details, resolve org structure, and enrich identity data within Microsoft 365 tenants.
Capabilities
- User profile lookup: Resolve one or more users by email, UPN, or user ID; batch-optimized Graph API calls return job title, department, and org metadata.
- Current user identity: Retrieve the authenticated user's own profile including name, email, job title, department, office location, and tenant domain.
- Organizational hierarchy: Traverse the org chart upward (manager) or downward (direct reports), with graceful handling when no manager exists.
- M365 tenant scope only: All tools require a Microsoft 365 work or school account; personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) are not supported.
OAuth
This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Microsoft provider. See the Arcade Microsoft auth provider docs for setup details.

Accepts a list of identifiers and automatically optimizes between single
and batch Graph API calls. Use this to enrich calendar attendees or email
